What areas does New Era Plumbing cover?

Do you handle commercial work as well as homes?
Commercial is the core of what we do: new construction, restaurant and retail buildouts, facility maintenance and boiler work. We still take care of residential repairs and remodels.
How do estimates work?
Mike looks at the job or the drawings and sends you a written price. Estimates are quoted, not free, so you get real numbers instead of a guess over the phone.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes, 24 hours a day. Backups, burst lines and no heat calls get answered outside normal hours.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
We are. We also hold backflow, OSHA 30, FDNY flammable gas and torch, and public works certifications, and we are a certified small business.
Can you work with our general contractor and schedule?
That is most of our week. We read the plans, coordinate rough in and top out around the other trades and show up for inspections.
How do you clear a blocked commercial line?

Do you offer maintenance agreements?
Yes. Property managers and restaurant groups use us on a standing schedule for grease traps, drain lines and fixture checks with priority response between visits.
